Lead Integration Strategist & Practice Manager

Are you a seasoned integration professional seeking a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment?

As a Lead Integration Strategist & Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge integration solutions to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide architectural and delivery oversight to ensure best-in-class practices in the delivery of services
  • Drive customer satisfaction through thought leadership, innovative strategic advice, and timely delivery outcomes
  • Collaborate and build relationships with MuleSoft, internal stakeholders, and external partners to grow our practice and enhance our services delivery reputation
  • Develop and lead go-to-market offerings, reference architecture, integration patterns, and industry point-of-views
  • Participate in resource management and recruiting functions to ensure the right people are in place at the right time
  • Monitor engagement delivery within your region and participate in PMO and status reporting
  • Direct line manager responsibilities including goal setting, performance management, and mentorship
  • Manage, create, and maintain the practice's intellectual property, reference architecture, delivery accelerators, and knowledge base
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, content creation, and presentations
  • Participate in customer engagements in a strategy, architecture, or delivery management capacity

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in integration strategy and practice management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MuleSoft platform and lifecycle is an asset
