About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Workplace Emergency Training Specialist to join our team at Chubb Fire & Security Australia. As a key member of our national training team, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing fire safety training programs for our clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess nationally recognized training programs in fire and life safety disciplines at client locations or at our dedicated training rooms.
- Review and advise clients on their on-site emergency response exercises.
- Conduct audits of client sites in accordance with relevant State legislation and Australian Standards.
- Develop evacuation diagrams using infield tablet-based software.
- Review and develop site-specific emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Build relationships with clients to support their compliance responsibilities.
- Collaborate with our local sales team to identify opportunities for growth.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (with LLN & 502 competencies).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering fire and life safety training, including ECO, First Attack, and First Aid.
- A strong understanding of evacuation diagram requirements and emergency procedures.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational, delivery, and time management skills.
- An 'out-of-the-box' thinker who can create solutions to assist clients.
- An engaging personality and training style that leaves course participants confident in their emergency response capabilities.
- The ability to travel intra and interstate as required.
