Event Planning Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Event Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing key organizational events, conferences and workshops.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and executing large-scale events such as conferences and workshops
  • Managing event logistics, including venue sourcing and supplier management
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, managers and employees at all levels
  • Maintaining composure under pressure in fast-paced environments while meeting strict deadlines
  • Ensuring cultural sensitivity when interacting with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event coordination, strong time management skills, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of coordinating large-scale events
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • Current unrestricted WA C Class Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance
