Event Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Manager to join our team of successful professionals.

The Role
  • Prepare regular engagement reports that showcase the success of our events.
  • Create compelling content for our events and activities on social media platforms.
  • Braintstorm innovative new event concepts for the future.
  • Escalate, manage and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Provide leadership guidance to our student ambassadors and be a collaborative team member.
  • Update attendance records and be involved in strategic planning.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A passionate and driven individual with a desire for success.
  • Degree qualified with at least 2 years' experience in customer service or event management.
  • Demonstrated empathy towards students and young adults, along with knowledge and understanding of their challenges.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
  • Ability to document and communicate information accurately, clearly and in a timely manner.
  • A focus on delivering exceptional services and quality experiences.
