Job Details

Conquest Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team on the Mornington Peninsula. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to designated customers, ensuring their vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Attend breakdowns promptly and efficiently plan, schedule, and execute routine preventative maintenance.
  • Manage all allocated work schedules and tasks, completing routine inspections, servicing, and repairs, including ordering of parts.
  • Regularly report progress on each job and communicate delays or concerns with the customer.
  • Report on labour and parts overruns or shortfalls.
  • Engage with customers to build long-lasting and high-quality relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hydraulic experience is required for this role.
  • Trade qualification - diesel mechanic.
  • Forklift license, High risk EWP/Scissor lift license, and Truck license.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under instruction.
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Display a positive attitude and be an active member of the team.
  • Physically fit and able, light/moderate lifting is required.

What's in it for you?

  • 7:30-4pm Monday to Friday.
  • Potential for overtime on Saturdays 6am-12noon - you choose.
  • Opportunity to grow the customer base and progress to other roles within the business.
  • $45-$46 per hour + overtime and usual benefits (ute, phone, laptop, etc).
