Are you a skilled hospitality professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team.

We are a leading restaurant and bar, renowned for our exceptional service and unique dining experience. Our team is passionate about delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Your duties will include:

  • Cocktail making, dispense bar, spirits, tap beer and coffee making skills
  • Ability to recommend wines to guests and upsell through our extensive wine list
  • Thorough understanding of our food & beverage menu with emphasis on steak & wine knowledge
  • Understanding of bar procedures and processes, including stock takes, set-up and pack down and cleaning roster

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within a large, high-volume restaurant environment
  • A current valid RSA certificate
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Able to thrive under pressure and work within a large and busy restaurant
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
