Support Role for Urban Development

We are seeking an adaptable and highly organised individual to join our Urban Futures team within the Planning Directorate.

This role will contribute directly to vital projects in strategic planning, transport integration, environmental policy, public domain planning, and planning agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key business and administrative support to the Urban Futures team and Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial administration, grants, and procurement tasks.
  • Assist with project coordination and day-to-day operations.
  • Handle communications with stakeholders professionally.
  • Support Council and executive reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent extensive experience.
  • Class C Drivers License.
