Workplace Ambassador Job Description

The Workplace Ambassador plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

This position combines traditional concierge duties with proactive workplace management, enhancing the overall experience for all employees and visitors.

  • Welcome and assist guests, employees, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Conduct regular sweeps to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office space.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless guest experiences, including daily briefings and event coordination.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, workspace management, and vendor oversight.
  • Anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service, coordinating events and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Identify potential risks to operations and escalate them promptly.
Requirements:
  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual who consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Diploma or higher education is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, facility management, or related fields is required.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary for success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
