Job Title: Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Aboriginal kids and families in child protection through cultural case management, safety planning, and community connection.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Aboriginal children and families to understand their unique needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Collaborating with Government and sector partners to reduce the over representation of Aboriginal children in care.
  • Providing holistic case management services that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of Aboriginal families.
  • Leading culturally informed foster case management and mentoring programs to ensure the best outcomes for Aboriginal youth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and community needs.
  • Experience in case management, advocacy, and community work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
