We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Support Professional.
The ideal candidate will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a warm welcome to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Well-groomed and presented appearance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to delegate and remain calm under pressure
- Good computer skills plus knowledge of social media platforms
- Selling our range of retail products
- Maintaining a clean and presentable environment
While previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is highly desirable, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.
