
Professional Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Client Care Advocate and Reception Officer.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, engaging with patients, clients, referrers, and the community, and supporting clinics in all front desk requirements.
- Participate in operational activities of the clinic
- Engage with patients, clients, referrers, and the community
- Provide overall support and coordination to clinics for all front desk requirements
- Comply with rehabilitation and other service-related protocols
- Clinical liaison with other professionals in the local area
- Refer relevant patients to other services provided within Attune
The ideal candidate will possess high level customer service skills, empathy, kindness, and patience. They will also have experience in Medicare and HICAPS billing, previous health care reception experience, and scheduling and appointment management experience.
Key Responsibilities• Participating in operational activities of the clinic

Requirements• High level customer service skills

• Scheduling and appointment management experience
