**Job Title:** Front Desk Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Sydney office, you will provide an exceptional front-of-house experience with a friendly and professional manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients, staff, visitors, and suppliers
- Coordinate bookings and ensure meetings spaces are ready for use
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct calls accurately
- Support business events and collaborate with the support team to enhance workspace experiences
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Front-of-house and facility coordination experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize work under pressure and meet competing deadlines
- Positive personality, customer service orientation, and attention to detail
