Job Role
In this role as an Employer Engagement Manager in NSW, you'll lead a team of consultants working closely with employer partners to secure job opportunities for clients.
This is a chance to shape organisational diversity strategies and recruitment practices.
You'll establish partnerships with employers, manage key accounts, and contribute to the senior leadership team in NSW.
About You
Someone with experience in recruitment and a passion for diversity and inclusion would excel in this role.
You'll need to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key skills include:
- Strong leadership and strategic abilities
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth
- Ability to work autonomously and build effective strategies
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance results
- Effective networking skills to engage with employers and generate leads
- Highly developed negotiation skills
