- Permanent, full-time position. Based in Shellharbour_

Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Disability Employment Services contract. The support we provide has a ripple effect. It extends to client's families and broader communities as well. Join us to align with our mission of 'changing lives and building stronger communities'.

Success in this role comes from building trust, listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored to their specific needs. Leverage your experience in NDIS, community service and marketing to link with employers and local businesses where you can source vacancies and support job seekers once they get work.

Duties_**
- Get people into work by breaking down the goal of employment into smaller, achievable steps
- Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services
- Deliver holistic caseload management
- Ensure accurate timely administration

Sureway's training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.

We specialise in regional areas across 4 states but retain that 'family feel'
