About the Role

As an Associate Director in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to lead, develop, deliver and execute Rates for Markets within the Commercial customer franchise and improve the delivery of risk management solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Commercial Rates business to deliver their financial targets
  • Improve customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Understand and meet customer needs, solve problems, deepen customer relationships and offer alternative risk solutions
  • Initiate, sponsor and lead process improvement and automation initiatives to improve the customer and employee experience
  • Support the Commercial Rates team to grow, develop and improve customer-centric coverage
  • Upskill and support junior staff in development of technical skills
  • Model collaborative relationships and culture across the Commercial Rates Team

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience in Markets Rates product and processes
  • Willingness to adapt and grow, seeks opportunities to build new skills and continuously improve
  • Strong ability to use customer insight to develop acquisition opportunities, deepen customer relationships and anticipate future customer needs
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Shares knowledge and experience to grow people selflessly
  • Proven leadership/team management experience
