Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team during the Back to School period.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers find their perfect fit from top brands.

  • Provide expert advice on footwear selection and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock effectively.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.

To succeed in this role, you must be available to work full-time hours from mid-November to mid-February, specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day. While customer service experience is preferred, it is not essential. You must demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle. Additionally, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
