Back to School Casual Sales Assistants Job

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School period. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find their perfect fit.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about footwear, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for collaborating with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs, processing and managing large volumes of stock, accurately picking, packing, and dispatching online orders, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find their perfect fit.
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Full availability during peak periods - specifically weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
