What We Look For In A Candidate- A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care that prioritises residents' needs and preferences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration with the relevant nursing authority
- Experience working in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings, with a strong understanding of the complexities of caring for seniors
