We are seeking an experienced Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our operations, as we build a customer-focused service team from the ground up.

Job Description

This role will involve working collaboratively and innovatively within the Performance Improvement Team to develop innovative best practice claims management strategies to drive improved business performance.

  • Assist in realising organisation goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results.
  • Assist in translating business plans into action plans; this includes monitoring and reviewing plans through to completion.
  • Assist in identifying, analysing, and improving business processes to meet current goals and to identify new ones that aim to improve profit and performance.
  • Analyse scheme and DXC performance data to identify performance against remuneration objectives and areas for improvement and opportunity.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to assist achieve gains in business performance, working with Continuous Improvement Team.
  • Assist the Senior Management Team with planning and strategic orientation.
  • Provide direction to staff member/s regarding selected components and aspects of their work, as required.
