Job Summary

We are seeking a Chartered Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead our structural engineering design team and manage the delivery of all design aspects of our projects on time and to standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee the design, delivery, and project management of large concrete frame buildings and steel structures.
  2. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a small team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
  4. Design and Delivery: Handle all structural engineering design works for land development and urban development projects, including retaining walls, pits, pedestrian bridges/walkways.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with tier one builders and contractors, major projects, and landmark structures to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
  6. Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, with opportunities for career advancement and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Chartered Engineer qualification with 8+ years of experience in structural engineering.
  2. Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in design software and tools, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
