Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior staff to develop their skills in structural engineering, including site testing and monitoring methods
  • Lead projects on site and provide technical expertise across a broad range of projects
  • Deliver remedial solutions involving various materials and construction methods
  • Contribute to a culture of pride in quality and achievement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in Structural and Façade engineering
  • Proven design and delivery experience
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Competent and experienced in providing technical expertise without close supervision
