Job Overview

The Technical Service Manager plays a pivotal role in the effective management of the Infrastructure Support Team. This team is responsible for delivering ICT business performance outcomes across various aspects, including infrastructure operational processes and internal controls that provide value while mitigating risk.

With a hybrid computing model in place, this role is crucial in managing and ensuring compliance with infrastructure services located in Microsoft Azure and on-premise infrastructure. Services encompassed include Azure Container Services, virtual servers, Fortinet firewall appliances, and Azure DevOps. On-premise infrastructure involves Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and more.

Liaison with external third-party vendors is also necessary to provide support services for critical infrastructure such as networks, security, and applications development.

Role Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage ICT services in a cloud-based environment.
  • Deliver high-level customer services consistent with industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader with substantial experience in implementing and managing ICT services. They should possess expertise in AZURE Cloud Technologies, delivery model software as a service (SaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
