Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of $65,000-$72,000 plus superannuation benefits. Additionally, this full-time permanent position offers a hybrid work arrangement with one day per week spent working from home.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. This involves providing product information, managing customer complaints, identifying and escalating priority issues, and documenting all interactions and transactions with customers.
Key responsibilities also include following up on customer interactions where necessary, maintaining customer service standards in line with company policies, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. Furthermore, the selected candidate will be responsible for processing orders and returns within SAP.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service within the life science industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as high attention to detail and proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet are also crucial for success in this position. Financial ad-hoc experience is desirable but not necessary.
