Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

We're seeking an experienced and proactive facilities management specialist to oversee a diverse portfolio of up to 250 client sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of up to 250 client sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, including regular updates and progress reports.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes and efficiency, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing changes as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team, supporting the ongoing success of the business.
