Job Title

Trainer and Educator in Animal Care Services

We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality training and assessment programs in the field of Animal Care Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure student learning outcomes are met.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress and competencies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and promote best practices within the industry.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Animal Care Services or related field.
  • Experience in training and assessment, preferably in the animal care sector.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
