Animal Care Training Specialist

We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to train and assess students in the ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming) qualification.
Job RoleAs a trainer/assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment programs, contributing to the improvement of training materials, and maintaining student records.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver training and assessment programs in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Facilitate learning for groups, individuals or classes, catering to diverse learners.
- Maintain accurate student records and competencies, ensuring high-quality student support in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Certificate III or above in Animal Care Services qualification.
- Hold a TAE40116 or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant experience in Animal Care Services, preferably as a trainer/assessor in the VET sector.
- At least one year of experience in the VET sector, preferably with a CRICOS provider.
- Experience with Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Preferrably fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a casual/part-time basis, with potential for ongoing full-time employment.
