Care Services Coordinator

As a Pastoral Practitioner, you will provide meaningful pastoral care services to individuals in our care across various settings. Your focus will be on delivering culturally relevant, age-appropriate, and sensitive care that aligns with the organization's values and principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the pastoral care team.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain professional, personal, and spiritual development through ongoing education and training.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate documentation and reporting of client interactions and outcomes.
- Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent qualification.
- Pastoral or theological study background.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex organizational structures.
- Understanding of the spiritual and emotional needs of clients receiving services.
- Empathy and affinity with vulnerable populations.
- Understanding of religion and spirituality distinctions.
- Basic understanding of diverse faith traditions.
- Effective communication and computer skills.
- Passion for promoting social change and contributing to an organization serving disadvantaged communities.
- Graduate qualification in a relevant field.
