Capital Works Managers play a pivotal role in driving the lifecycle programs and delivery of non-Development capital works.

They are responsible for assisting with planning and execution of strategic asset plans, Leases, building technologies, and special projects.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and delivery of non-Development capital works
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Develop and implement strategic asset plans
  • Manage building technologies and special projects
