Facilities Decommissioning Specialist

Job Overview:

The Facilities Decommissioning Specialist is a critical role responsible for the successful decommissioning of sites and assets.

This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including relocation teams and local housing offices, to ensure a seamless decant process. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with program consultants and contractors to decommission engineering and fire-related assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, active contractor performance management, and contract administration duties. Budget and cash flow management are also key aspects of this position.

You will contribute to the full life cycle of projects, assist in research and analysis, support project development and delivery, and monitor and evaluate project outcomes.
