About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale Zero Emission Bus projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including construction, installation, and commissioning of electrical network grid connections, depot electrical infrastructure, and charging stations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with project scope, works brief, and relevant codes, regulations, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Project planning and execution, including coordinating and integrating external stakeholder project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Act as Principal's Superintendent during construction and installation activities.
  • Oversee commissioning and testing phase.
  • Collaborate with internal fleet department on deployment of battery electric buses.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction, project management, or business management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in transportation, energy sector, or with large-scale zero-emission installations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, infrastructure design, and installation practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of zero-emission bus industry, including electric vehicle technology and charging infrastructure.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Project management expertise.
  • Deep understanding of civil works, electrical systems, and infrastructure deployment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
