About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our high-integrity tax practice. The ideal candidate will own the strategy and execution from day one, driving services, systems, quality, and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bolster and oversee the growth of our tax practice.
  • Define scope (compliance + advisory), staffing model, SLAs, and review standards.
  • Ensure seamless compliance at scale.
  • Maintain relationships, tax return workflow, and processes with outside CPA firms.
  • Deliver holistic & proactive planning.
  • Integrate with financial planning.
  • Manage Tax Technology Stack.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team.
  • Oversight of key performance metrics.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in tax advisory, providing comprehensive tax planning advice that clients can understand. We require a CPA (active) certification; MST/JD-LL.M. is an asset. A minimum of 10 years of experience in tax, with significant leadership experience in HNW / individual and business planning practices, is ideal.
