We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to lead our consumer-facing brand and drive group-wide communications across our 200+ venues nationally.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic communicator to blend PR, Brand Management, and corporate messaging in a role that celebrates Australia's pub culture and ensures our stories are told with impact.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive communications strategy ensuring consistency across all channels and audiences.
- Manage media relations, crisis communication, and executive-level responses with professionalism and speed.
About the Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of a group-wide communications plan to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure AVC's voice is clear, consistent, and engaging.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A natural storyteller with strong writing, media, and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple channels, platforms, and stakeholders with confidence.
- Strong crisis communication skills and a strategic mindset.
