Job Opportunity: Territory Sales Manager

Are you a sales professional with experience managing territories in the agriculture equipment industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales territory in Western Australia and South Australia, working closely with dealers and customers to achieve sales objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the sales territory to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
  2. Organizing and assisting dealers in conducting customer clinics and open houses to promote products
  3. Conducting technical product presentations and demonstrations to dealers, customers, and prospects
  4. Planning, organizing, and participating at regional farm shows, dealer meetings, and field training programs
  5. Attending field-related activities and other industry functions as required

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • University degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related program
  • 7-10 years territory management experience in agriculture equipment industry or related field (asset)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and develop your skills further. The successful candidate will have advanced communication and organizational skills, excellent presentation and customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. A valid driver's license and passport for international travel are also essential.
