About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leading player in the travel industry, is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to expand their presence in the Australian market. This role will be based in Melbourne and will cover both VIC and national accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a travel industry professional with a strong network and a desire to take their career to the next level. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with travel agencies, training and upskilling on the products you represent, and driving sales growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a Business Development Manager or Sales Representative role
  • The ability to leverage and convert existing travel industry networks
  • Strong account management skills to manage and strengthen existing accounts
  • Natural charisma and confidence to convert new clients through written and verbal presentations, sales visits, and other sales strategies
  • A target-driven mindset and a passion for sales

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, superannuation, bonus/incentive scheme, and mileage allowance. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a leading travel industry company.
