About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at IRT Greenwell Gardens. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing clinical care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalised clinical care and treatment to residents
  • Managing and supervising care workers to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Conducting client assessments and monitoring residents' care needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet residents' unique needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
  • Knowledge of clinical issues related to ageing, including dementia and challenging behaviours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
