  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Assisting in driving sales by promoting and selling our products and services.
    • Independently using strong sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines.
    • Building and nurturing relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Responding quickly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Working towards specific KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Expanding knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products.
  • Striving to achieve team and individual metrics, contributing to overall success.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry; customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, or consulting are advantageous.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers. Possess confident communication skills or be motivated to enhance them.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities; proactive, solution-oriented, diligent, and result-driven.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including adapting approaches for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of any other Asian languages is highly preferred.
