As an experienced administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aged care facilities. Your expertise in rostering and administration will enable you to effectively manage day-to-day tasks, optimize workforce allocation, and ensure seamless operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster Management
    • Effectively roster staff, manage shift changes, and optimize workforce allocation.
  • HR Support
    • Liaise with the payroll team to process salaries accurately and on time.
    • Update employee records, onboard new staff, and assist with recruitment processes.
  • Office Operations
    • Manage general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Oversee procurement, inventory control, and ordering of office supplies and equipment.

We're seeking an administrator who possesses:

  • Proven experience in administration, HR support, or rostering roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in rostering in aged care or healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
