As our Administration Officer (Reception), you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, creating a positive and supportive experience while managing essential front-of-house and administrative tasks.

This is a part-time role with flexible options:

  • 3 days/week (Mon, Wed & Fri) from 9am to 5pm (7.5 hours/shift)
  • Or 5 days/week (Mon to Fri) from 9am to 3pm (5.5 hours/shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the care home, including front reception duties and exceptional customer service
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and triage appropriately
  • Assist with stock ordering, staff onboarding, and general office coordination
  • Support rostering and maintain staff portfolios as needed
  • Flexibility to work additional shifts as a Personal Carer if you hold aged care qualifications
  • Occasionally provide support at our sister facility in Mill Park

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in administration, customer service, and/or aged care settings
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and sensitively with elderly residents and their families
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Outlook
  • A genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and service
