Optical Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an Optical Experience Coordinator. This role will see you working closely with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they receive the best possible eyecare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with selecting the perfect pair of glasses or contact lenses, taking into account their lifestyle, face shape, and personal style.
  • Work closely with optometrists and other store staff to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality eyecare services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including sales, repairs, and adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry, preferably in an optical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting customer needs.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of optical products and services, including glasses, contact lenses, and eye exams.
