Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene in the hospitality function.
- Complete required documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with laundry duties, including loading washers and dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping, or ironing linen.
- Support catering and food services, including assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing.
- Conduct general cleaning duties, including mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Previous experience in cleaning or catering is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.
- Understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
