At EMM Consulting, we're dedicated to creating a sustainable future for our clients and the community. As an Associate Water Resources Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Surface Water Practice and developing water management strategies that make a real difference.

We're seeking an experienced and passionate professional with a strong background in hydrology/water engineering or a closely related field. With a minimum of 10 years' industry experience, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Your key responsibilities will include leading significant hydrological assessments, technical leadership, and project delivery across various sectors and industries. You'll work collaboratively with our Surface Water team and other multi-disciplinary teams to leverage existing client relationships, innovation, and expertise.

About This Opportunity
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per annum salary, depending on experience

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' industry experience in hydrology/water engineering or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate information into solutions
  • Experience of hydrological, hydraulic, and water balance modelling
  • A strong scientific or engineering background and understanding of scientific and engineering principles
  • A valid Driver's Licence and excellent driving history
  • Thorough practical understanding of relevant Australian State-based legislation
  • Exceptional technical writing and oral communication skills
