The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver an apartment complex project in Canberra. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for effective management of time, cost, safety, environmental legislative, financial, industrial, and quality based contract requirements. You will ensure the contracted completion date is met and provide effective client management.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, or equivalent
  • Ideal experience in residential builds
  • Over 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
  • Experience managing projects with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental challenges
