Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including listing to settlement coordination
  • Coordinate and place marketing and advertising efforts
  • Manage agent inquiries and communicate with vendors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare canvassing materials, marketing collateral, and other sales-related documents
  • Ensure seamless communication with the marketing team and other departments
