As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, responsible for providing personalized service, handling guest queries, and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding service at every guest interaction
  • Completing front office tasks such as taking reservations, updating guest accounts, and processing payments
  • Conducting pre-arrival phone calls to ensure a smooth experience
  • Upselling our services to enhance the guest experience
  • Handling guest complaints and queries in a professional manner
  • Providing local information and recommendations to guests and visitors

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience with a background in hotel operations
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build genuine relationships quickly
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and specialized property management systems
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet
  • A positive can-do attitude and flexibility to work a varied roster
