Job Description:

As a Catering Stores Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, handling, and storing goods and items, accurately recording storage and transfer movements, and assisting with stocking airline carts.

You will also be responsible for preparing, planning, and forecasting daily tasks, gathering information from airline systems, and tracking par levels of stock. Additionally, you will need to comply with food safety and hygiene standards, communicate effectively with teams, and ensure all paperwork and data entry is completed correctly.

In this role, you will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines, and using safe manual handling techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Sound numerical skills for accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Previous exposure to a large commercial setting, factory, or warehouse ideal.
  • Current valid Forklift/Working with Heights License (desired but not essential).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move/lift items.
  • Ability to work shift work across a 7-day roster.
  • Sound knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP (desired but not essential).
