Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a multifaceted professional to fill a role encompassing receptionist duties, administration tasks, and social media management.

The successful candidate will engage with clients both in person and online while providing essential administrative support. They will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.

General administrative tasks include filing, photocopying, and data entry, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment.

Social media responsibilities include content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience on Instagram, TikTok, or our website.

They will monitor social media trends and develop strategies to increase our online presence and engagement, collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials, and demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
