Cloud Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our Azure cloud environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure, as well as ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems.

  • Design and implement highly available and disaster recovery solutions in Azure to ensure system resilience
  • Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment of cloud resources
  • Review and approve infrastructure code deployments to production environments
  • Collaborate with development teams to influence good infrastructure design and efficient usage
  • Provide operational support and guidance to team members

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting on-prem Infrastructure
  • 5+ years of experience supporting cloud-based platforms with a focus on Azure cloud
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Azure Bicep templates
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment
  • Good time management and project management skills
