Azure Cloud Security Expert

As a seasoned Azure Cloud Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security architecture of a modern cloud environment. Your primary responsibilities include designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Define and enforce security controls, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform.
  • Collaborate with architecture, operations, and development teams to ensure security best practices are embedded across CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend cloud-native security solutions.
  • Support incident response and assist in remediating vulnerabilities in cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Security Engineer or Cloud Platform Specialist with a focus on Azure.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Experience designing and deploying secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Azure Policy, Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, and RBAC.
  • Understanding of cloud security frameworks and best practices (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-500, AZ-104, AZ-305).
  • Experience in DevSecOps principles and tooling.
