Azure Virtual Desktop is a scalable cloud solution that offers flexibility and efficiency.

**Job Requirements**: As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure-driven environments. Your expertise in scripting and automation techniques will be essential in streamlining processes and improving productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure infrastructure and micro-service implementation, management, and support.
  • Manage Microsoft Office 365 platform and ensure seamless integration with Azure A/D with SSO integration.
  • Familiarize yourself with Windows Infrastructure (2012/2016/2019) and Networking and firewall technologies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

  • Relevant IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCSE (cloud discipline).
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in high availability cloud infrastructure-driven environments and/or 24x7 production environments.
  • Strong team player, strong documentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in hands-on troubleshooting of complex systems problems, including capacity planning and performance tuning, reliability, or high availability initiatives.
