About the Role:

  • Direct and motivate a team of administration staff from inception
  • Coordinate welcoming and farewelling processes for residents, guests, and visitors
  • Prepare detailed reports for various stakeholders
  • Oversee the management of front desk operations

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in accommodation reservation
  • Previous employment in the Hospitality sector in a similar capacity for a large hotel or resort would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong work ethic
  • Proven supervisory background with knowledge of workplace safety
  • Essential experience in team management
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
